The Mayor of Bikini Bottom

Made in memory of Stephen Hillenburg, the creator of Spongebob Squarepants. Inspired by season 1, episode 5, Pizza Delivery, I chose to feature the infamous boulder vehicle (which the pioneers used to ride for miles, according to legend).
